It’s a 105-minute guided experience combining infrared sauna, cold plunge, and float therapy — designed to help you let go of stress, clear mental fog, and reset your nervous system.Each stage prepares your body for the next, so by the time you float, you're in the perfect state for a deeper reset.
You’ll start in our high-heat infrared sauna to warm the body and release tension.Then move into a cold plunge — a short but powerful immersion to awaken your senses, reduce inflammation, and sharpen focus.
Finally, you'll float in warm, silent stillness — weightless and deeply calm. The reset lands here.

For most healthy adults, yes — but here’s what to know:
• Pregnant? Please only book a Float session. Avoid sauna and cold plunge.
• Ovulating or menstruating? You’re welcome to join, but the cold plunge is best avoided during this time, as your body may crave warmth and rest.
• Health conditions? If you have heart issues or any serious health concerns, speak with your GP or call us before booking. Floating only is safe for heart conditions. We’re happy to help.
Booking is simple — just follow these 2 steps:

Book two sessions:
– First: Contrast Therapy (this includes sauna + cold plunge)
– Then: Float Therapy, straight after
🕒 Example: Book Contrast at 11am → Float at 12:30pm.
